The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for developing, updating and implementing the Firm’s HR policies, procedures and processes in the major areas of staffing, onboarding, employee relations, compensation and benefits, wellness, HR compliance, and employee services. This position plays a vital role in the recruitment process. The Human Resources Manager originates HR practices and objectives that will provide a balanced program throughout the Firm and assists and advises Partners on HR management issues. The Human Resources Manager also provides HR consulting services to Firm clients.
